These ideas are to re-create the waters of the Dead Sea in your own ways, because as you know Dead Sea water contain numerous benefits for your skin!
Usages:
- Skin irritation soaks (mainly Psoriasis) : Dissolve Dead Sea Salts into a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes. Use 3-4 times a week for a period of 4 weeks for best results. Water that is too warm as this will decrease the benefits. (For those who do not own a bath tub to soak the whole body, rinsing off with the soaked water will be as fine.)
- Relaxing muscle soak : Dissolve Dead Sea Salts into a pail of water, enough to soak your feet in. Settle in to relieve stress, stiffness, and ease muscle aches. Try adding a few drops of essential oil for a more calming soak.
- Body Salt Scrub : Mix Dead Sea Salt with olive oil and gently massage it into your skin, allow it to sit on your skin for a couple of minutes before rinsing. This will allow your skin to really absorb the product and get the maximum benefits, scrubbing then will help to exfoliate all the dead skin. Rinse thoroughly after that.
- Face Mist : Boil some water, then dissolve a spoon of Dead Sea Salt. Stir the water thoroughly until all of your salt has dissolved. Transfer your salt water to a spray bottle, Spray it onto your face to hydrate and nourish your skin. Not only can it help dry skin, it can also help to heal acne.
